Gervonta Davis vs. Rolondo Romero
Gervonta Davis will be back under the lights this month as he defends his WBA lightweight title against Rolando Romero in New York. Davis is unbeaten in his 26 professional matches to date and has held multiple world championship across three weight classes. He beat Isaac Cruz by unanimous judgement in Los Angeles last December and is now ready for his coming clash. Romero is also undefeated, claiming 14 straight victories and beating Anthony Yigit in his last match. Romero is the main rival to the WBA title and should prove to be a tough test for Davis.

“I’ve always been underrated. May 28, you’re going to see my ring IQ on display. He’s the best fighter at 135 pounds and he’d be the best if he were at 130 pounds. It doesn’t matter to me though. I know what I’m capable of.”
